Discover Twinclip, a new generation of lawnmowers designed to last and perform on any terrain. The Twinclip 50 SB features in this range and is fitted with a patent pending double-edged blade, doubling mowing efficiency and power for the perfect cut. The leading edge of the twinclip blade reduces the initial length of the grass with the second cutting edge reducing the finished length down to the desired height, the cuttings are cut and re cut through the blades as they are blown into the collector resulting in noticeable extra mowing capacity.
The 150cc Briggs & Stratton 625E ReadyStart engine provides plenty of power to deal with the toughest of conditions and features a heavy duty robust hybrid galvanised steel/aluminium chassis with a powder coated paint finish for longevity. A VCS system is standard which reduces vibration to an all day working level of 2.5 metres per second squared and a heavy duty Hi-Torque cone clutch transmission which combines light and easy operation with smooth acceleration.
You can collect clippings into the 70 litre grass collector, or if the grass is longer remove the collector and rear discharge. You can simply insert the mulching plug and drive in Multiclip mode or insert the mulching plug and remove the deck guard for side discharge.
Easily operated by a single lever, the 48cm/19" deck has a choice of 7 cutting height positions ranging from 25 to 77mm and will produce a great finish on your lawn whatever the conditions. In just one movement Twinclip will cut the grass twice, doubling the efficiency, improving the finish and optimizing grass collection
Cleaning after use is facilitated using a hose connection fitted to the chassis.. The robust handle bars are easily adjusted to a choice of 3 postiions with a simple one motions click and fold over the engine for easy storage,
Mulching is by far the easiest way to cut your grass and the innovative blade and deck design also makes the lawnmower quieter. The Stiga multiclip system cuts and recuts the grass into tiny pieces that simply wilt away, returning valuable nutrients to the soil to encourage beautiful green growth. You don’t need to rake up the clippings or empty a collector, which means you can cut the grass about 30% faster compared to a collecting mower.
The Twinclip 50 SB comes complete with a mulching kit and rear discharge facilities and is supported by a 5 year manufacturer's warranty. The 48cm/19" cutting width makes this great combi mower suitable for moderate size gardens up 50m x 50m.
